Time and the Bottom Line = Biz + Virtual Assistant

A post over on Virtually @ Eight Twenty-Two, blog for Bar JD Communications discusses about a Cost Comparison between an full time employee and a virtual assistant which is presented by VAnetworking.com. and some of the net cost benefits of outsourcing to a professional virtual assistant for necessary tasks.

When businesses are looking at their budget, yet needing tasks to be accomplished, the decisions can be   frustrating to consider.

The budget doesn’t contain the volume for a professional in house employee. That is a FACT.  Yet, if this work isn’t accomplished, the business will be in even deeper budget trouble.  That is the TRUTH.

A virtual professional who is a member of VAnetworking.com at all levels, including Vainsiders, brings a network to the business that would not be available under typical circumstances.  In a matter of seconds, there is always a sample of the more than 10,000 members available to answer questions, share information and skills or subcontract to make sure the business has a tip-top end result.

International Virtual Assistant Network

According to a post at Virtually @ Eight  Twenty-Two, the blog at Bar JD Communications.  Recently, Ana Maria Pineyra owner of  El Teleasistente Web was awarded the Vaccolade acknowledgement from her peers at VAnetworking.com    Ana provides services in Venezuela.

VAnetworking.com is truly an international network with members on every continent.  The technology is very much the same for virtual assistants no matter where the base location.  The issues can be the same or extremely different depending upon the local resources.

For anyone considering working from their own entrepreneurial office using technical and business skills as a base for services, a network is essential in today’s market.

No matter where you are located, if you are skilled and looking, you can benefit from becoming a part of a network over 10,000 strong.

A Business Map Comes with Virtual Business Startup System

As more and more people see things change with their onsite jobs, the possibilities in working virtually can become reality.

Virtual Business Startup System — Nothing Works Like a Map is a blog post written at the official blog for Bar JD Communications, Virtually @ Eight Twenty-two.   Writer, JudyAnn Lorenz discusses the options of setting up as an outsource business.

As a member of VAnetworking.com since 2005, Lorenz has watched the Virtual Business Startup System successfully work for newbie virtual assistants who come looking at the field with little understanding of what virtual assistance means.

30 days of working and planning with this system can have a business to a professional level at launch which is especially important in the competitive shark pond of today’s business market.   Check at VAnetworking.com today and try an excerpt of the system to see how powerful and valuable this can be.

More Virtual Assistants Bring Questions about Rates

With New Virtual Assistants Entering the Field, Rates are Important , a post at Virtually@ Eight Twenty-Two, blog for BarJD Communications.com about some of the issues of contracting with a professional virtual assistant while making rates the primary measure.  Especially when looking at the relationship with a view for the lowest Rates.

The post was inspired by another post at Partner With a Virtual Assistant, blog for VAnetworking.com written by founder Jamie Lee Mann owner of Mann Made Time.  The post entitled, Partnering with the lowest priced VA you can find = risky  outlines reasons why shopping for the lowest rates can be a disaster under certain circumstances.  Lowest bid for a project may be the wisest move, but more risky for both client and virtual assistant when developing a long term relationship.

Online Collaboration Tools and their potential

Karri Flatla of  Snap! Virtual Associates, Inc. wrote an indepth, thoughtful post at Partner with a Virtual Assistant, official blog for VAnetworking.com.  about using collaborative software.   I wrote more about it on  Virtually @ Eight Twenty-Two.   ( http://barjdciommuncations.com/virtualblog)

There are many services to consider besides the ones mentioned in the two blog posts.  Virtual assistants waded in on Karri’s post with more suggestions for services that they use.  As one commenter stated, online collaboration is becoming ‘huge’.  Professional virtual assistants will do well to familiarize themselves with the merits of various services.
